Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, unopened items in original packaging under our returns policy.
Ordering and dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM AEST Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day from Brisbane, Queensland, excluding public holidays.
Standard Post is $9 for orders under $100 and free over $100. Express Post is $14 for orders under $250 and free over $250. Australia Post tracking is provided after dispatch.
